Refund and Cancellation Policy – BleanFitness
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the BleanFitness platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 daysof placing the order. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed or shipped. You may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
- Perishable items (like flowers, eatables, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user can prove that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please report to our customer service within7 days of delivery. The issue will be verified by the seller/merchant before proceeding.
- If the product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, report it to customer service within 7 days. Our team will review and take appropriate action.
- For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- Once a refund is approved by BleanFitness, it will be processed within 2 days.
